The Sneak Of The Week is the Copper Nike Air Foamposite. One of Nike’s most popular and most expensive basketball models ever produced. Originally worn by Penny Hardaway in the prime of his career, the new Penny line of Nike Basketball shoes would arguably challenge the champion Air Jordan line for high tech basketball sneaker supremacy. The shoes even had their own line of memorible commercials with a fan favorite mascot and mini me, ‘Lil Penny’. Within the last year Nike has been retroing much of the Penny line with great success. The latest installment is one of the most popular models the Foamposite, and it derives its inspiration from the color of a penny, copper.  The Nike Air Foamposite will be releasing in limited quantities at select Nike Basketball accounts this Saturday, February 13th.
